The Members-Only Implementation Session is where we turn learning into action. After the general Brunch & Learn workshop, Adorn Boss Community members are invited to stay for an exclusive group coaching, implementation and Q&A session with Rachel and select workshop presenters.
This is your opportunity to ask questions, get customized support and learn how to apply what was taught specifically to YOUR business instead of leaving with great information and wondering what to do next. Questions are accepted from both our in-person and virtual members.
Do members receive access to the Brunch & Learn replays?
Yes! As an Adorn Boss Community member, you'll receive access to our library of Brunch & Learn workshop replays so you can revisit the trainings, catch anything you missed and implement the lessons on your own schedule.
Can I wait and become a member on the day of the event?

What if I want to attend the Brunch & Learn in person?
After becoming a member, you'll receive an email with instructions to complete your in-person RSVP.
Our launch event currently has only 50 in-person seats, and seating is first come, first served. If all in-person seats have been reserved by the time you RSVP, don't worry—you can still participate virtually and receive the full learning experience and Members-Only Implementation Session.
What's the difference between attending virtually and in person?
In person: You'll enjoy brunch and refreshments, shop with our vendors, network face-to-face with other women entrepreneurs and professionals, participate in the live workshop and stay for the Members-Only Implementation Session.
Virtually: Bring your own brunch—and yes, your mimosa too! 🥂 During our networking hour, you'll participate in 10-minute breakout-room mixers with other virtual attendees so you can introduce yourself, share what you do and make genuine connections. You'll then join the live learning experience and, as a member, remain for the Members-Only Implementation Session.
We've intentionally designed the virtual experience so you're part of the event—not simply watching it.
You'll receive your official Adorn Boss Community Member Zoom background before the event. Display it with your camera ON so our virtual host can identify you as an official member and keep you in the room when we transition into the Members-Only Implementation Session.

What should I wear?
Think business casual, polished and ready to network. Our in-person attendees should dress as they would for a professional networking brunch.
Virtual attendees should also dress business casual—at least from the waist up—and come camera-ready. Cameras must remain on during the Members-Only Implementation Session, with your official member background displayed, so our virtual host can identify you as an active Adorn Boss Community member.
Can I cancel my membership later?
Yes. There is no long-term commitment required, and you may cancel your monthly membership at any time. As long as your membership remains active, you'll continue receiving access to your eligible Adorn Boss Community benefits, trainings and Members-Only experiences. Due to the digital nature of this offer, all sales are final and non-refundable.
